Habitat: Open Water, Marsh, Hardwood Swamp.
Best birds: The coastal marsh along the shore of Green Bay has breeding American Bittern, Virginia Rail, Sora, and Pied-billed Grebe among common marsh birds. Diving and dabbling ducks can be found in large numbers during migration and shorebirds can be found during lower water levels. The hardwood swamp along the road has typical breeders, including Barred Owl and Great Crested Flycatcher. The marsh at the beginning of the road south of the junction with County Road S also has common marsh species, including occasional Yellow-headed Blackbirds, but is private property.
Directions: 30 miles NNE of Green Bay. From the town of Pensaukee, take County Road S to the north for 1.6 miles, and turn east on Pecor Point Lane. Continue until it ends at the Bay.
