Habitat: Open Water, Marsh, Cropland.

Best Birds:  Before going south on Badger Road look for waterfowl in the open water west of the intersection of County Roads V and VV. In the marsh look for Wilson Snipe, Great Egret, swallows, Sedge Wren, and Swamp Sparrow.  The cropland may produce Short-eared Owl, Field Sparrow, and meadowlarks.     

Directions:  83 miles S of LaCrosse/3 miles west of North Andover on County Road V, 42.822135, -91.029023. Follow Badger Road south to County Road VV.
