Best Birds: The 550th Pond can produce Ruddy Duck, Common Gallinule, Virginia Rail, Least Bittern, and Yellow-headed Blackbird.
Directions: 19 miles west of Eau Claire. From Hwy 12 take County Road E 0.5 miles south to 550th Avenue, then 0.5 miles west on 550th to the wetlands on both sides of the road.
