Habitat: Open Water, Marsh, Non-native Grassland, and Young Conifers.

Best Birds: Walk the roads and trails to find waterfowl, Osprey, Bald Eagle, rails, bitterns, herons, egrets, American White Pelican, terns including Common and Forster’s, Marsh Wren, Swamp Sparrow, and Yellow-headed Blackbird.  In winter check the breakwalls for Snowy Owl and Snow Bunting

Directions: Located 8 miles west of Oshkosh on Shubert Road. Go to the parking area near the end of Shubert Road (44.07222, -88.67804).
