Rainbow Park/Punhoqua Street Trail

Habitat: Open Water and Urban.

Best Birds: Check water for grebes, loons, waterfowl, American White Pelican, Osprey, Bald Eagle, terns, and gulls including Glaucous and Great Blacked-back. Look for Snowy Owl in winter.

Directions: Located in Oshkosh on the south shore of the Fox River. Use the parking lot at the north end of Punhoqua Street (44.03922, -88.57015). From this parking lot you can walk west on the trail to Interstate 41 or go east through Rainbow Park. Either way you can check the water or ice for birds.
