Best Birds: When other area water is frozen check here for waterfowl including swans, scoters, and Long-tailed Duck, grebes, gulls including Iceland, Glaucous and Great Black-backed, and Bald Eagle. Check lake ice and ice shoves for Snowy Owl.
Directions: Located 5 miles S of Appleton, on the east side of Menasha on the shore of Lake Winnebago and along the Menasha channel (Fox River). Stop anywhere along Kargus Drive (44.20414, -88.42510).
