Best Birds: When other area water is frozen check here for gulls, Belted Kingfisher, Bald Eagle, and waterfowl including American Black Duck.
Directions: Located in the middle of Oshkosh, just west of the Fox River. Park at the bridge on North Campbell Road (44.021364, -88.55742) or at the north end of Knapp Street (44.01964, -88.56237).
