Habitat: Marsh, Open Water, Mudflats.
Best Birds: Lesser Scaup, Canvasback, Common Goldeneye, Hooded Merganser, American White Pelican, Great Egret, Bald Eagle.
Directions: 11 miles S of LaCrosse. This is a roadside pull-off without facilities on State Highway 35 about a mile south of Soddard and County Hwy O. A spotting scope is most helpful.
