White Clay Lake Boat Landing

Habitat: Cattail Marsh, Hardwood Swamp, Open Water. The lake is almost completely surrounded by Cattail Marsh. 

Best Birds: Surf Scoter, Horned and Red-necked Grebe, Common Loon, Black and Forster's Tern, Least Bittern, Marsh Wren, Swamp Sparrow. The trees around the boat landing have migrant warblers in Spring and Fall. 

Directions: 32 miles NW of Green Bay/11 miles east of Shawano. From County Road E turn north onto Lodge Road. Go north on Lodge Road about 1 mile and turn left on a short road to the boat landing.
