Habitat: Marsh, Open Water, Mudflats, Non-Native Grassland, Cropland.

Best Birds: Nesting ducks, Trumpeter Swan, Pied-billed Grebe, Sora, American Coot, Marsh Wren, Yellow-headed Blackbird are found in the open water and marsh that cycle through wet and dry years. Mudflats attract ducks and shorebirds seasonally.

Directions: 35 miles NNE of hudson/4 miles east of St. Croix Falls on US Hwy 8, south 1 mile on 170th St., east 0.3 mile on 120th Ave. Park on shoulder of 120th Ave., 45.381962, -92.503538.  View this private property from the roadside.
