Fallen Timbers Environmental Center, Outagamie County, WI, US - eBird Hotspot

Habitat: Open Water, Marsh, Bottomland Hardwood Forest, Northern Mixed Forest, Southern Hardwood Forest, & Prairie. 

Birds: The bottomland forest includes Common Merganser, Belted Kingfisher, Pileated Woodpecker, Winter Wren, Northern Waterthrush, and Scarlet Tanager.  A walkable trail allows good viewing and the extensive trail system is found throughout all the habitats.  Look for Wild Turkey, Yellow and Black-billed Cuckoo, flycatchers, vireos, thrushes, both nuthatches, sparrows, and numerous species of warblers.  

Directions: 23 miles west of Green Bay, 2 miles east of Black Creek off Hwy 54, and 4 miles west of Seymour.  Parking in the large upper lot along Robin Road, (44.47748, -88.41208).
