https://ebird.org/wi/hotspot/L511922

Habitat: Open Water, Beach, and Urban.

Best Birds: This area receives significant waterbird use at all seasons. During peak migration periods White-winged Scoter and Long-tailed Duck can be seen in the harbor, along with a wide diversity of other ducks and waterbirds.  A local commercial fishing operation attracts wintering gulls, and Great Black-backed and Glaucous are regular, with an occasional Iceland.  Check Neshota Park just north of the river mouth for shorebirds, gulls and terns loafing along the sand beach.  Check the north and south breakwaters for aggregations of loafing gulls and terns.

Directions: 37 miles SE of Green Bay in downtown Two Rivers, just east of where State Highway 42 crosses the West Twin River.  Depending upon conditions, best observed from East River Street on the north bank (44.14688, -87.566), or from Harbor Park on the northeast side of the harbor 44.14663, -87.56403. Neshota Park is north of the harbor at 44.150940, -87.556771.
