Brule Bridge and Landing

Habitat:  Mixed Coniferous Forest, Northern Hardwoods, Marsh, Open Water, Hardwood Swamp.

Best Birds:  Bufflehead, Common Goldeneye, and Hooded Merganser along with other waterfowl are often on the Menominee River.  Common raptors include Osprey, Bald Eagle, and Broad-winged HawkYellow-throated Vireo and Winter Wren breed here.  Uncommon warblers on the peninsula east of the parking lot are Black-and-White, Mourning, Northern Parula, Magnolia, and Blackburnian Warbler.  Follow the rough path to the east around the peninsula to see a variety of flycatchers, thrushes, and warblers.
