https://ebird.org/hotspot/L4108347

Habitat:  Open Water, Bottomland Hardwood, Marsh.

Best Birds: On high perching sites like roof tops, power lines and poles look for Eurasian Collared Dovel. In marsh areas watch for waterfowl, Sandhill Crane, Green Heron, Great Egret, and Prothonotary Warbler.   At boat landings look for herons and American White Pelican, and Red-breasted Merganser, Common Goldeneye and Bufflehead in winter. A Bald Eagle nest is located south of the DNR boat landing.  During spring migration, usually in mid-March, over 500 Bald Eagles will visit Gremore Lake to rest and feed for up to a week, before heading further north.  Best location to watch the eagles and American White Pelican is either the Ambro Slough DNR Boat Landing or the parking lot of the bar and restaurant on K.
