Sidie Hollow County Park

Habitat:  Southern Hardwood Forest, Open Water, Successional Oldfield, Marsh, Beach, and Mudflats.

Best Birds: Look for Solitary Sandpiper and other shorebirds in the wetlands. Wood Thrush, Cerulean Warbler, and Scarlet Tanager are found in the bottomland forest.  Brushy edges  provide habitat for Orchard Oriole and Mourning Warbler

Directions:  28 miles SE of LaCrosse. From Viroqua, take State Highway 56 west to County Road XX and follow the signs to parking on the end of Camp Road (County XX), 43.544714, -90.960225.
