Spring Migration at Capital Springs State park

Join us as we look for spring migrants at this Capital Springs State Park -- Hog Island, a recent addition to Wisconsin’s Favorite Bird Haunts.
Location: Capital Springs Park

We'll meet in the free parking lot near the end of Libby Road right before the Lake Farm Boat Launch. (Parking in the boat launch requires a permit.)
This birding hotspot has a variety of habitats -- prairie, woods, lakefront, and wetland. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear for wet grass and some potentially damp areas. We'll walk approximately 1.5 miles on mown trails with some uneven terrain.
