Saturday, May 11, 7:00-9:30 am. "Spring Bird Walk at UW-Green Bay Cofrin Arboretum" by NEW Audubon. During this year’s Give Big Green Bay campaign, NEW Audubon provided financial support for the UW-Green Bay Cofrin Memorial Arboretum, which will help support trail maintenance, signage, and reconstruction of stream crossings. Because we want to connect our members with the projects and places that your membership dollars support, NEW Audubon board member Kari Hagenow will be leading a spring bird walk on the trails of the Arboretum! This 2.5-hour walk may cover up to two miles on relatively flat trails. Please bring along binoculars and wear sturdy shoes. We will meet at 7:00 AM at 2479 Nicolet Drive (Communiversity Park).
