Join the Friends of the Lake Superior Reserve to learn about and see fall migrating birds at Wisconsin Point. This accessible event is for beginners and experienced birders.

Note: This location has an accessible ramped boardwalk leading to two platforms for viewing birds.

Wisconsin Point is located along the shore of Lake Superior, on the eastern end of the bay where the St/. Louis River empties into Lake Superior. Wisconsin Point has been designated an "Important Bird Area" by Wisconsin DNR (site info). In 2020, Condé Nast Traveler magazine included Wisconsin Point among "The Best Spots for Bird Watching in the U.S."
