This field trip will primarily take place at Harrington Beach State Park.  If the weather cooperates, this location along Lake Michigan can offer good opportunities for viewing the fall hawk flight, but other migrants should be present also. Please note that there is a state park entrance fee.  Later in the morning, we may also venture a few miles to the south to check for additional species at the Forest Beach Migratory Preserve.  You may want to bring a lunch.
