It looks like this forum is not getting many visitors. I just registered today. I had to click through Home>Atlas>Quick Start Guide>Online Forum to get here. Perhaps include a link to the forum in the main dropdown menus on the Atlas page, make a forum button on the left side of the Atlas page, or include a link on the Atlas Help page without having to go to the Quick Start Guide first. I don't use social media, so the forum would be most valuable to me.

Hi Bruss,

Regrettably, we've kind of given up on the forum. Even before we took it off the main page, it had only garnered a couple posts in the previous year. The vast majority of people have shifted to facebook (sorry!) so this has kind of become a ghost town. If you have specific questions, feel free to contact us at atlas@wsobirds.org, or check out the events page to attend one of our many sessions this year. Thanks for your interest!

Nick

That's what I was afraid of, and it's too bad. The forum is a much better platform for archiving discussions than Facebook. I've seen the same thing happen to a photographers organization. Once they started a Facebook page, most of the helpful networking and discussion disappeared from the forums. Thanks for your quick answer to my question.
