Covid-19 Waiver of Liabilty

I agree that I will follow all the directions and instructions of the leaders of the field trip. I agree that there is a risk of COVID-19 transmission in any activity within proximity of other humans and will follow the most current social distancing protocols and the instructions of the leader while in the field with other individuals.

I further agree that I am at least 18 years of age and have the ability to enter into this agreement and electronically sign this waiver to that effect by completing the registration process.
