Come for a morning hike to see prairie and savanna birds (and maybe a few butterflies and flowers as well). This TPE preserve has an excellent variety of grassland birds, such as Upland Sandpipers, Eastern Meadowlarks, Henslow's Sparrows, Grasshopper Sparrows, and Bobolinks. Bring binoculars, hat and boots for dew covered grass. This is a joint field trip of The Prairie Enthusiasts and the Wisconsin Society for Ornithology.
Meet at the red barn on Reilly Road, off of County F, Iowa County. Reilly Road is located approximately 5 miles south of US Hwy 18-151 and County F intersection.
