Many people are hesitant about Atlasing becuase they:

• feel uncertain about thier skills
• have unanswered questions
• would like to get started with some help or in a group

Attending a workshop like this one is a great solution for all three of these issues. All skill levels are welcome!

Monday, August 8

• 7:00 a.m. -  Workshop begins with a 50-minute overview of the Atlas.
• 8:00 a.m. - Break into groups to go to nearby atlas blocks that have had little or no coverage, and do some atlasing. This is a great opportunity for beginners who would like some help starting out.
• 11:30 a.m. - Reconvene at the meeting place for lunch. Please bring a bag lunch! We will go over what we've seen.
• 12:15 p.m. - Atlas eBird data entry and question-and-answer session. We expect to end by 1:30 p.m.

Please enter the driveway of the office building at 3123 Shore Drive and drive past the building and park on either the left or right. We will enter the back door of the other building and proceed directly to the conference room. I will have signs up.
